“God’s Rules for Reaping”
- God Wants You To Work
(2 Thessalonians 3:10) “.. If any would not work, neither should he eat.”
- God expects you to be diligent(have energetic effort)
- Lazy people will have little, if any, harvest
- If you can work without supervision, you will have more than enough.
- Diligent, hardworking people will reap.
(Galatians 6:9) “And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
- God gives the gift of salvation
(Ephesians 2:8) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it [your salvation] is the gift of God.”
- God gives faith to every believer
(Romans 12:3) “…God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.”
- God gives everything that is needed for life and godliness
(2 Peter 1:3) “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness...”
- God’s greatest gift is Jesus
(John 3:16) “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
